Smart Mentor collects only basic user data necessary for account registration and interaction with tutors:

• Name or username

• Email address

• Session booking history

No payment card or financial data is collected, as all transactions are conducted using FDK demo tokens.

2. Use of Data

Collected data is used to:

• Match students with tutors

• Improve user experience

• Maintain service reliability during demo operations
  
  

3. Data Sharing

We do not share user data with third parties, except as required by law or necessary for technical support. All processing is done internally or via trusted providers under strict confidentiality obligations.

4. Data Security

Smart Mentor uses secure protocols and regular audits to protect user data. However, since the platform is in demonstration mode, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

5. Children's Data

We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13. Any such data will be deleted promptly upon discovery.

6. Temporary Demo Status

Smart Mentor operates in demonstration mode using demo FDK tokens issued by the New Reality platform. This arrangement is temporary and will be revised once the system enters production.
