Note: Smart Mentor is currently operating in a demonstration mode and all transactions are conducted exclusively in FDK demo tokens, part of the New Reality ecosystem (https://newreality.bond). This payment method is temporary and may be updated in the future.
You must be at least 18 years old to register or use the Services. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You agree to use Smart Mentor solely for lawful purposes, in a manner that respects the rights of other users, tutors, and the platform. Any fraudulent or abusive behavior will result in immediate suspension.
All payments for tutoring sessions or services on Smart Mentor are currently accepted only in demo FDK tokens. These tokens are part of the demonstration infrastructure provided by the https://newreality.bond.
No fiat currencies or real cryptocurrencies are accepted at this stage. Transition to live operations will be announced separately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Users may not claim ownership of any materials created by tutors or Smart Mentor. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
All services are provided "as-is" in demo mode. Smart Mentor makes no warranties regarding the performance or availability of its services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
This site accepts payments in demo tokens and operates in demo mode via the New Reality™ crypto platform.
